FOR ECP STRATEGIC CONSULTING SERVICES

Due to the intensive, front-loaded nature of strategic advisory, diagnostic work, and the custom creation of intellectual property, fees for all Ethics Consulting Partners (ECP) engagements (including retainers and project-based fees) are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.

Cancellation of a consulting engagement is governed by the specific terms outlined in your individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

FOR EC PARTNERS TRAINING PROGRAMS

The policy for our training programs varies based on the type of service purchased.

• Enterprise Packages & Annual Subscriptions: These comprehensive partnerships are structured as annual agreements. Due to the significant resources allocated for your success, including dedicated advisors and workshop seats, these agreements are non-cancelable and non-refundable for the duration of the contract term.
• Individual Course Purchases (Advantage On-Demand): For our self-paced, on-demand digital courses, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or viewed.
• Public Workshop Registrations (Live & Summit Milestones): For seats purchased in our open-enrollment virtual or in-person workshops, we have the following cancellation policy:

• - Cancellation 30+ days prior to the event date: You will receive a full refund.
• - Cancellation 15-29 days prior to the event date: You will receive a 50% refund, OR you may receive 100% credit to be used for a future workshop within one year.
• - Cancellation within 14 days of the event date: No refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to a qualified colleague from your organization at no additional cost.
